With over 40 years of experience, Billie Gayle Lewis leads GayleForce Consulting, specializing in professional training and consulting for various sectors, including manufacturing and federal organizations. As a Prosci-certified Change Management practitioner and an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, she excels in enhancing employee engagement, developing leadership strategies, and streamlining processes.


Her customers include the State of Texas, Emory Hospital, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, the Bank of America, Rockwell International, North Carolina Health and Human Services, and Texas Instruments.  Her impressive 27 years as a contractor with the U.S. Marine Corps have enriched her expertise, allowing her to deliver targeted solutions to Marine Corps Logistics and Installations Commands.


Billie Gayle has expertly designed, developed, and delivered numerous training courses specifically tailored to the unique needs and environments of her customers. Her week-long IMPACT! course, utilizing real-life examples from the Marine Corps, was presented at 16 USMC bases and stations, garnering exceptional reviews and a high Return on Investment rating from the Franklin-Covey Institute. Additionally, she crafted a custom 2-day course for the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), where she was recognized as one of the top five instructors, and led a 1-day manufacturing course for the Consortium for Advanced Management over several years. Each of these courses addressed key topics such as strategic planning, resource management, performance management, process analysis and improvement, target costing, and change management.


Moreover, Billie Gayle excels as a speaker and facilitator, adept in both intimate working groups and large venues. She has successfully facilitated various conferences and off-site events for major manufacturing, service, healthcare, and federal organizations, as well as consulting firms. She has a genuine passion for working together with small interest groups, working groups, and process teams to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and craft viable solutions.
